IBLF maintains all information, texts, emails, telephone numbers, addresses, accounts and personal relationships confidential to the best of our ability and does not sell, share or copy any of such information to any third party. Clients can opt in for text delivery of some notices by texting the word “SUBSCRIBE” or opt-out by texting the word “CANCEL” or UNSUBSCRIBE” to our texting number (202)296-1111. Our case management and accounting software does contain non-financial client information for our communication and preparation needs, such as delivering copies of filings or notices and for processing accounting information such as requests for deposit, invoices and statements. Access to our case management system by individual staff is subject to 2-factor authentication (2FA) for security. In addition, we use our system to send relevant information and suggestions to our clients and family where we believe it may be beneficial or useful for them unless advised not to do so. We rely on our software vendors to maintain security to protect our information in the cloud environment and comply with their requests to test security settings as needed. FINANCIAL INFORMATION: We do NOT keep client credit card or bank account information on any of our case management or accounting systems, utilizing outside merchant services to process any payments or deposits.
