USCIS Jousts Against Unlawful Voting Windmill

In a new policy memorandum, the USCIS is marshalling its resources against the largely chimeric danger of unlawful voting, forcing naturalization applicants to prove a negative assessment of their good moral character, to establish that they have not violated any law, and to prove they have not voted in any election.
