What’s your return policy?

PAYMENTS / REFUNDS. As a law firm, We receive deposits for our legal work into an IOLTA trust account, from which we pay client expenses such as filing fees, and withdraw legal fees when earned.  When a case is concluded, we return any money remaining in the trust account that is not used or earned by our work.


What countries and locations do you serve?

Although based in Washington, DC, we represent people from all around the world and the United States, using translation services were necessary.


Do you have customer service?

Our staff is available for clients and prospective clients, between 9 to 5 on normal business days and not available on Federal holidays, though you may contact us by email at any time with questions concerning particular cases.
